Dinosaur Ridge Main Visitor Center ā 16831 W Alameda Pkwy, Morrison, CO 80465
Today was my first time ever visiting Dinosaur Ridge. I honestly had no idea dinosaurs existed in Colorado. Seeing the fossils, the skulls, the bones, and the lifeāsize models made me feel like I stepped into another world. It was surprising, interesting, and honestly kind of exciting to learn something new about the place I live.
Walking through the exhibits made me feel like a kid again curious, amazed, and wanting to explore more. Even the outdoor areas with the hills and open space felt peaceful. It was a good day to learn something new.
ā What Stood Out to Me
- The dinosaur skulls looked huge up close
- The Triceratops horn was interesting to see in real life
- The Tārex teeth were bigger than I expected
- The sauropod model showed how massive these animals were
- Colorado has more history than I realized
It made me appreciate how much science and discovery is right here in our state.
š«¶ To Anyone Who Has Been to Dinosaur Ridge
Iām sharing this the same way I would talk to someone in person relaxed, honest, and friendly.
If youāve been here before (men or women):
- What do you recommend I try next time besides just saying hi or waving?
- Is there a trail, tour, or activity I should check out?
- If you havenāt been, what would you suggest I explore next time?
And something Iām still learning:
- Can men and women be friends in a safe, respectful way?
š± Asking for Instagram Help
Sometimes I need temporary help with Instagram not all the time, just when Iām trying to grow my page for a good cause.
If someone is with me during the day, how can I ask for help in a friendly, appropriate way?
I want to learn how to ask without making anyone feel pressured.
š¬ Easy Questions You Can Answer by Text
You can text me at 720ā461ā5891.
These questions are simple and easy to reply to:
- Have you ever been to Dinosaur Ridge?
- What was your favorite part?
- What should I try next time I go?
- How do you ask friends for small help without feeling shy?
- Is anyone here on Instagram? If not how can friends help out ?
š Why I Ask for Texts Instead of Comments
Because of my learning disabilities and memory challenges, texting is easier for me than reading long comment sections. Text messages help me:
- stay focused
- not lose track of conversations
- remember who Iām talking to
- respond clearly
Itās not about privacy itās about communication that works better for me.
𦓠Looking to Visit Again
I definitely want to come back. Iām trying to be more social, meet more people, and maybe even find a group outing I can join.
If youāve been to Dinosaur Ridge, Iād love to hear your experience.
Feel free to contact me directly.
