Hey friends,
Today was a beautiful and eye-opening experience. I visited Lower Derby Lake Viewpoint, part of the wildlife refuge in Adams County, Colorado, and for the first time in my life I saw prairie dogs, buffalo, and even a deer.

This is powerful. Watching these animals in their natural habitat reminded me how much peace and connection nature can offer. I came here not just to explore, but to reflect, and I left feeling more grounded and inspired.
I’m someone who’s passionate about raising awareness for good causes, especially through my Instagram page, and this visit made me think: how can I use my platform to support environmental community spaces like this one?
💬 Questions I’d Like to Ask You Out There:
For both men and women who’ve visited Lower Derby Lake Viewpoint or the wildlife refuge nearby:
– Was today your first time here too?
– If you’ve been before, what do you recommend I try next time I visit?
– Are there other wildlife spots nearby worth exploring?
– Can men and women be friends in spaces like this where nature brings people together?
– How can I ask for help or support on Instagram in a respectful way, especially when it’s for a good cause?
– Is anyone else here active on Instagram and passionate about nature or advocacy?
– Do you follow others who inspire you or do people follow you for your message?
📢 Looking to visit again soon!
I’m here to get engaged for real, social, and I’d love to hear from others who feel the same.
📱 Feel free to text me. I’d love to hear your experience and maybe connect for future nature walks or community events!
